Experience Management Project Manager (French Speaker) - Europe based

As one of the largest People Experience Management Cloud Solutions consulting firms in the EMEA region, AKT is looking for project management professionals to work on our Customers Experience Management programs, both Employee Experience and Customer Experience.

XM Programs can be highly transformative. Their scope can embrace Business Value Engineering and Realization, Process Design, Application implementation, Analytics and Insights, Change, Communication and Training. 
They are usually highly visible at the customer top management and requires to best manage many and various stakeholders. 

 

Reporting to the Head of Qualtrics, this is a customer-facing role open to French-speaking freelancers located in Europe, such as France. The position offers flexibility for a part-time role.  

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Contribute to the definition of the Scope, Budget and Timeline at the final stage of the Sales Cycle 

  • Stakeholder engagement - manages the relationship with all stakeholders  

  • Project management of Qualtrics implementation projects 

  • Monitors progress and ensures that the project is delivered on-time, within scope and within budget 

  • Leads internal project team, monitors team tasks and progress based on agreed timelines  

  • Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation including plans and reports  

  • Oversees deliverables quality 

  • Manages project risks and mitigation plans 

  • Manages project escalations 

  • Reports project status on a regular basis 

  • Assist the customers with evaluating the business value of the program

  • Trigger new business opportunities at the customer 

  • Follow AKT project implementation methodologies and tools 

  

Job Requirements: 

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant field; i.e., industrial engineering, systems information, project management 

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in information technologies project management, such as ERP or CRM 

  • Committed to deliver customer satisfaction in challenging environments 

  • Excellent English and French (verbal and written) - a must  

  • Strong functional understanding of the HR domain  

  • Good functional understanding of the Customer Experience domain 

  • Expertise in Qualtrics or competitive solutions – huge advantage 

  • Experience working for a professional services company – an advantage 

  • Professional presentation and communication skills (both written & oral) 

  • Professional ability in all Microsoft Office applications 

  • Lead project teams in a matrix structure – an advantage
