Experience Management Project Manager - Europe based

We are looking for a resilient, customer-facing Project Manager to lead CX and EX implementation projects in a fast-moving, remote and global delivery environment. This role requires strong delivery discipline, emotional maturity and the ability to build trust with customers and internal teams.
As we become an AI-first consulting firm, this role also requires curiosity and confidence in using AI to improve how we design, deliver and create value for clients.
This is a full-time, customer-facing and remote-first role, open to candidates in Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end CX and EX implementation projects, from planning through launch and adoption
- Manage customer stakeholders and maintain strong client relationships
- Own project success across scope, timeline, budget, risks and escalations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams
- Monitor progress and report project status on an ongoing basis
- Drive delivery quality
- Support customers in connecting the implementation to business outcomes and adoption
- Manage several projects in parallel in a fast-moving delivery environment
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field, such as industrial engineering, information systems or business administration
- 5+ years of experience managing SaaS, enterprise applications (CRM, ERP, HRIS)
- Experience working in professional services (consulting) leading customer-facing projects
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in a matrix structure
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and stakeholders in parallel
- AI literacy (GenAI, Agentic) and openness to using AI tools to improve project delivery, communication, documentation and client value
- Excellent English (both written and verbal). Additional languages – an advantage
- Experience with project management tools, such as Jira, Monday or similar
- Understanding of CX, EX, VOC, VOE, employee lifecycle or customer journey programs – an advantage
- Ability to work flexible hours when needed

What it takes to succeed here:
We continuously bring new products, services and delivery methods to the market. Our projects move fast, involve different types of stakeholders, and often require the PM to bring structure while the methodology is still evolving.
You will need to move between strategy and execution: understand the customer’s bigger goals, while also staying close to timelines, risks, decisions, dependencies and delivery quality.
This role is ideal for someone who can find practical ways forward, even when not everything is perfect, while still maintaining professionalism, quality and control, and bringing positive energy to the work.
