Global Marketing Manager - EMEA based

Our People Advisory practice provides strategic guidance on HR transformation, while our Digital HR Practice provides implementation, development and support for a comprehensive SAP-centric portfolio including SuccessFactors, Qualtrics, Fieldglass and Concur.

 

We are recruiting a Global Marketing Manager to support AKT’s global growth, focused on branding and communication, lead generation, target account marketing, and partner marketing programs.

 

This is a remote position and is open to candidates based in EMEA.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

This role focuses on campaign execution, event management, account-based marketing, content creation, and demand generation, including but not limited: 

  • Plan, manage, execute and report on the annual and quarterly global marketing plan for AKT as a whole, each of the practices and each of the markets
  • Design and manage Digital campaigns on social networks including LinkedIn and Facebook  
  • Perform sourcing activities for new contacts on specific accounts or roles 
  • Plan, design and deliver online and on-premise events, webinars, seminars and conference gatherings
  • Facilitate the development of customer case studies, in collaboration with business leaders and customers
  • Manage the Marketing cost center and track performance metrics to optimize ROI on marketing initiatives

 

You will work alongside:

  • Marketing Operations Specialist - Manages Salesforce, marketing automation platform, lead routing, and technical integrations. You'll partner with them to implement campaigns but won't handle platform administration
  • Lead Conversion Specialist - Contacts and qualifies inbound leads, conducts initial discovery calls, and hands qualified opportunities to Sales. You'll provide them with campaign context and lead intelligence
  • Sales Team - You'll work closely with Sales leadership on target account selection, messaging, and pipeline tracking

 

Job Requirements: 

Rapid success in this key role requires high level or advanced skills including but not limited: 

  • At least 5 years in B2B marketing with at least 3 years in demand generation or growth marketing
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline growth
  • Experience in HR Tech, SaaS, enterprise software industry, or SuccessFactors ecosystem (highly preferred)
  • Demonstrated success with multi-channel campaigns achieving measurable conversion improvements
  • Experience managing marketing budgets of €100K+
  • Excellent communication in English (high professional level in written and verbal) - a must
  • Working knowledge of French, German, and Hebrew would be a significant plus
  • Experience creating and curating thought leadership content (whitepapers, case studies, blogs)
