HR Business Architect - Europe based

As one of the largest SAP Cloud People Solutions consulting firms in the EMEA region, AKT is expanding its team, and is seeking a visionary HR Business Architect, in providing a holistic view for our clients’ organizational structure, business processes, operations, and technological infrastructure; ensuring the alignment of these elements to the clients’ business and strategic goals while identifying areas for improvements and optimization for business productivity and efficiency.

 

This is a customer facing freelance role, reporting to the Head of Digital HR Advisory open to candidates located and eligible to work in Europe, with the flexibility for a part-time role.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with customers and deliver excellent results  
  • Effectively manage Advisory projects from inception to completion
  • Participate and support pre-sales and sales process by proposing the right advisory solution to meet the customer needs
  • Ensure quality and efficiency by ensuring relevant methodology standards are adhered to 
  • Co-create and continuously improve relevant advisory assets 
  • Provide the customer a consistent experience with quality discussions to bring concept and strategy into a practical plan 
  • Analyse current business infrastructure in a critical manner plan and report back on data found 
  • Lead or co-lead Adoption programs or activities which can include training, communications and change management
  • Provide solutions to improve the productivity and efficiency of the business  
  • Provide suggestions of ways that the business can adapt for the future  
  • Liaise with technical teams to identify best solution options and convey to customer in appropriate way
  • Conducting and delivering quantitative research  

 

Job Requirements:

  • Experience, knowledge and interest of business process design, specifically in the HR domain 
  • Demonstrated appreciation of Leading Practices and the evolving Digital HR space 
  • Experience as a customer-facing consultant or a similar relevant role 
  • A background understanding of SuccessFactors modules, terminology, capabilities, restrictions (not a technical expert) 
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with stakeholders 
  • Attention to detail and a strategic planner 
  • Critical eye to identify areas for improvement in the business 
  • Excellent self-management and organisation skills 
  • Lead teams to secure positive outcomes  
  • Excellent level of professional business English (verbal and written), additional spoken languages are beneficial but not required
