HR Global Process Owner - England based

We are looking for an HR Global Process Owner for one of our clients based in England. This role plays a key part in designing and delivering efficient, standardized, and effective management of HR processes through the SuccessFactors solution and advising on out of system processes and interfaces. This is a key role in the HRIS programme working in partnership with PM, Change Manager and Tech Delivery Manager to deliver to one goal.
This is a client-facing role, open to employees or freelancers, with a project duration of 1-2 years. Hybrid, with 2 days of onsite in Woking or Hammersmith.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process governance and standardisation: Serve as the primary owner of HR processes across all regions and business units, ensuring they are aligned with global standards and best practices. Leading the design and implementation HR processes within SuccessFactors
- HRIS System Configuration: Active participation in the configuration, optimization of Success Factors, and creating a roadmap of integration between Success Factors and other enterprise systems
- Data, reporting and compliance: Design and implement compliant processes and system solutions by ensuring that all HR Global Processes comply with all relevant local, regional, and global regulations
- Change Management: Lead the process of change efforts to energise teams to HR process improvements, and develop and deliver training programs
- Employee Relations (ER): Develops plans which meet ER requirements and legislative frameworks
- Business Partnership: Develops trusted and objective relationships with stakeholders which provide opportunity to co-create, challenge and maximise initiative to drive successful change
Job Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience within the HR function, preferably as a GPO
- Experienced HRIS GPO specifically worked with SuccessFactors – a must
- FMCG or retail experience across multiple countries
- Track record in successful delivery of Global Processes
- Strong functional understanding of the HR domain
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
