HRIS Integration Team Lead - Israel based
AKT, a leading SAP Cloud People Solutions firm in EMEA, is seeking a seasoned HRIS Integrations Team Lead to guide and mentor a team of Business Analysts specializing in systems integration projects. The ideal candidate will drive the establishment of best practices and procedures for delivering seamless system integration requirements for our clients, including those related to SAP SuccessFactors.
SAP SuccessFactors is a cloud-based software for Human Capital Management, supporting topics in Human Resources, such as Core HR, Learning Management Systems, Talent Management, Analytics, Workforce Planning, and more.
Reporting to the Head of Integrations, this is a client-facing role open to candidates in Israel for a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Mentorship for Business Analysts:

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Business Analysts who focus on system integration projects

Provide guidance on requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and technical understanding of system integration workflows
-
Review and validate deliverables from Business Analysts to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with project goals

Foster a collaborative and results-driven environment, promoting professional growth and accountability within the team
Project Management:
-
Lead the planning, coordination, resource management, and execution of projects
-
Monitor project progress, manage risks, and address challenges to ensure successful delivery
-
Collaborate with clients’ stakeholders, Business Analysts, and developers to ensure smooth execution and adherence to requirements

Provide regular status updates to senior management and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration:

Serve as the primary liaison between internal and external stakeholders
-
Resolve conflicts or ambiguities in requirements and ensure alignment across all stakeholders
Job Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
-
5+ years of experience in business analysis, with at least 2 years in a leadership role related to system integration projects

Experience in managing integration projects, including planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication
-
Experience working directly with customers and managing their requirements
-
Ability to present technical concepts in a clear and non-technical manner

Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors integration – huge advantage

Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business stakeholders

Experience working in global companies - an advantage

Working knowledge of API and Web Services - an advantage

Language skills in Hebrew and English (both written and oral)
