Implementation Manager - Czech Based
As one of the largest People Experience Management Cloud Solutions consulting firms in the EMEA region, AKT is seeking a highly motivated Implementation Manager to join our partner company’s team and lead the successful deployment of global payroll and workforce management solutions.
This role will serve as the key point of contact for client implementations, ensuring seamless integration, compliance, and user adoption of the chosen technology.
This is a client-facing role, open to candidates based in Czech for a full-time and remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation of global payroll and workforce management platforms for clients
- Develop and maintain project plans, tracking milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation
- Act as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and technology providers to ensure a smooth onboarding process
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations
- Facilitate stakeholder communication, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies
- Configure and customize payroll and workforce platforms to meet client-specific needs
- Provide training and support to clients on system functionalities, best practices, and compliance requirements
- Identify and resolve implementation challenges, ensuring a seamless transition
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer success, and technical support
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of implementation processes and client requirements
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in payroll, HR technology implementation, or SaaS project management
- Familiarity with HRIS, ERP, or payroll systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or ADP
- Experience working with global teams and multinational companies
- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) - an advantage
- Strong knowledge of global payroll processes and compliance standards - an advantage
- Experience with payroll and workforce management solutions is highly desirable
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving implementation issues
- Ability to work independently and drive projects to completion
- Ability to work effectively within a matrix management structure, collaborating across multiple teams, reporting lines, and stakeholder groups to drive successful project outcomes
