Marketing Operations Specialist - Cyprus based

AKT is seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Marketing Operations Specialist to support the execution, optimization, and measurement of marketing initiatives. This role will be responsible for managing marketing systems, streamlining processes, ensuring data integrity, and driving operational excellence across campaigns.

 

This is a remote position, open to candidates based in Cyprus.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

CRM and Data Governance

  • Own Salesforce Account and Contact hygiene, including deduplication, enrichment via ZoomInfo, and field standardization
  • Maintain lead assignment logic and account ownership structures to ensure seamless handoffs between Marketing and Sales
  • Establish data standards and oversee GDPR compliance, including consent tracking, suppression lists, and retention policies

 

Marketing Automation & Campaign Operations

  • Oversee the operational execution of digital campaigns, including preparing target audience lists, coordinating campaign steps according to plan, performing quality checks, managing schedules, and monitoring results to ensure campaigns run smoothly and on time
  • Build and maintain email templates, nurture sequences, landing pages, and forms
  • Administer WeConnect and LinkedIn automation sequences for outbound prospecting programs

 

Reporting & Analytics

  • Design and maintain Salesforce/Pardot dashboards to monitor the lead lifecycle and pipeline contribution
  • Analyze campaign performance and database health metrics to provide actionable optimization recommendations
  • Produce weekly and monthly performance reports for Marketing and Sales leadership

 

Job Requirements:  

  • Salesforce Certified – a significant advantage
  • 3+ years in Marketing Operations or Demand Generation, with a strong focus on Salesforce CRM and Account and Contact CRM data hygiene (deduplication, enrichment, and standardization)
  • Familiarity with Pardot (Salesforce Account Engagement), including segmentation, prospect scoring, reporting, and automation workflows, including the end-to-end operational management of email campaigns
  • Proficiency in Marketing Analytics, specifically building and maintaining performance dashboards and reports within Salesforce and Pardot 
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end B2B digital campaign operations, from target account selection and list development to launch execution, performance analysis, and CRM data reconciliation

 

Preferred Experience: 

  • Experience with ZoomInfo or similar data enrichment platforms (Apollo, Lusha, Cognism)
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn automation tools (WeConnect, Expandi, or similar)
  • Experience with B2B marketing in HR Tech, SaaS, or enterprise software
