  • Coordinate project delivery: maintain workplans, tasks, timelines, budgets, and deliverables; keep internal teams aligned and surface risks early.
  • Deploy AI-enabled solutions: configure and adapt workflows, data sources, integrations, prompts, and user experiences for specific project needs.
  • Test and improve solutions: check outputs, troubleshooting issues, document findings, and help improve reliability, usability, security, and maintainability.
  • Translate between needs and technology: learn to turn HR and business challenges into clear requirements, solution options, and practical implementation steps.

Job Requirements:

  • Holder of a BA Degree but no prior full-time experience is required; relevant academic, volunteer, internship, freelance, or self-directed experience is welcome.
  • At the beginning of your career, a recent graduate, career-switcher, or self-taught candidate, eager to build your professional path at AKT.
  • Basic familiarity with generative AI tools and an understanding of their opportunities and limitations.
  • Any exposure to HR, organizational consulting, project coordination, data, automation, APIs, databases, Python, JavaScript, or Git is an advantage.
  • Native-level Hebrew and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • You have built something you can show us (for university, work, a personal project, a community, or simply for fun) and can explain the problem, what you created, and what you learned.
  • Structured and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through.
  • Committed to high-quality work and comfortable working independently when needed.
  • You can think analytically while communicating ideas clearly and simply.
  • You are organized, dependable, and comfortable supporting several priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • You take initiative, ask thoughtful questions, and seek feedback.
