Qualtrics Application Consultant - Czech based

AKT, a global People solutions and services company, is looking for an Application Consultant, to provide Design and Implementation for Qualtrics Engagements in the field of Customer and Employee Experience. Qualtrics is an experience management software which enables the creation and distribution of surveys, along with the collection of data derived from user feedback and reports.

The Implementation Team is at the heart of AKT. The initial onboarding experience and solution delivery establishes the client relationship and sets the tone for the partnership. The role is critical to helping support customers to use and leverage the platform and run business value led programs. The Consultant listens to clients and advocates for them internally, driving operational improvements and product enhancements.

 

Reporting to the Head of Qualtrics Solution Consulting, this is a full-time and mostly remote position open to candidates living and eligible to work in Ostrava, Czech Republic.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configuration of a business Cloud solution (Qualtrics)
  • Development light
  • Documentation
  • Training Delivery
  • Acquiring and maintaining certifications on Qualtrics and experience management related technologies and methodologies

 

Job Requirements:

  • Up to 3 years of experience with Cloud Solution configuration
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields, such as Psychology, Sociology, Industrial engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration
  • Experience with Qualtrics – huge advantage
  • Research and analytics skills – an advantage
  • JavaScript, CSS, Python, HTML knowledge – an advantage  
  • ChatGPT or alike - huge advantage
  • Office (Excel) and MS Project – a must
  • Language skills in English and Czech (both written and oral) – a must
