AKT is looking for Qualtrics Customer Experience and Employee Experience Application Consultants who will lead the client onboarding and solution delivery process. The consultant is responsible for helping customers unlock the full potential of the Qualtrics platform to run value-driven programs. This role also serves as a client advocate, actively listening to their needs and driving key operational and product enhancements internally.
Reporting to the Head of Qualtrics Solution Consulting, this is a full-time position, open to candidates living and eligible to work in India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution design and configuration of a business solution
- End to end system configuration
- Data visualization
- Documentation
- Training delivery
- Client-facing activities and client communication
- Project management at small scale
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience with Qualtrics Customer Experience or Employee Experience Consulting
- Experience with SPSS, Power BI, or SAP Analytical Cloud – an advantage
- Experience with supporting HR Technology or CRM – an advantage
- Proficiency with AI tools - an advantage
- A degree in business relevant fields and research experience – an advantage
- Knowledge of CSS or Python – an advantage
- Language skills in English (very high level both written and verbal) – a must
