Qualtrics Service Desk Specialist - Czech based

As one of the largest SAP Cloud People Solutions consulting firms in the EMEA region, AKT is looking for Qualtrics Service Desk professionals who will handle customers from all over the world, providing swift solutions together with an international team of experienced Qualtrics consultants.

Qualtrics is an experience management software which enables the creation and distribution of surveys, along with the collection of data derived from user feedback and reports. This is one of the services solutions that we provide to our clients for employee and customer experience.

Reporting to the Qualtrics Delivery Operations Lead, this position is open to candidates who can work onsite in our office in Ostrava, Czech Republic.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling the proper resolution of incidents and service requests related to Qualtrics surveys
  • Coordinating escalations and resolutions of critical issues
  • Seeking improvements, standardization, and automations
  • Creating and maintaining documentations

 

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in service desk / help desk or customer center
  • Technologically savvy
  • A high level of spoken and written English, at least B2
  • Any additional language (French, German) – an advantage
  • Responsible, communicative, motivated and customer oriented
  • Ability to follow written instructions
  • Willingness to work in morning and afternoon shifts
  • Proven experience with direct communication with customers
  • Experience from international environments - an advantage
  • Knowledge of Qualtrics – an advantage
  • Experience with Jira – an advantage
