SAP SuccessFactors Consultant - Czech based

As one of the largest SAP Cloud People Solutions consulting firms in the EMEA region, AKT is expanding its team in Czech and recruiting SAP SuccessFactors Consultants covering HR and Talent suite; e.g., Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance and Goals Management, Succession & Career Development, LMS.

SAP SuccessFactors is a cloud-based software for Human Capital Management, supporting topics in Human Resources, such as learning management systems, payroll, talent management, analytics, workforce planning, and more.

This is a customer facing role, for a full-time position open to candidates living in Czech Republic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute the technical solutions for customer projects
• Own the technical activities like data migration, testing, configuration, admin tasks
• Prepare technical documents, including test scenarios based on the design
• Work closely with the customer on the testing and training sessions
• Contribute to the process design and technical activities required across the full project implementation lifecycle (according to AKT’s defined methodologies) for local and international customers
• Track the progress of the technical build and communicate the progress with the Project Manager(s)

Job Requirements:

• Experience working directly with customers and managing their requirements
• Living and qualified to work in Czech
• 2 years of experience with Core HR / Talent processes – an advantage
• 1 year of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors– an advantage
• Good knowledge of HCM concepts – an advantage
• Experience working in global companies - an advantage
• Certified in one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules – an advantage 
• Professional presentation and communication skills (both written and oral)
• Language skills: English and Czech (fluent/mother tongue). Other languages, an advantage
