SAP SuccessFactors ECP Solution Consultant - India based

As one of the largest SAP Cloud People Solutions consulting firms in the EMEA region, AKT is expanding its team and is looking for an SAP Employee Central Payroll Solution Consultant.

SAP SuccessFactors is a cloud-based software for Human Capital Management, supporting topics in Human Resources, such as Core HR, learning management systems, talent management, analytics, workforce planning, payroll, and more.

This is a client-facing role, a full-time position, open to candidates located in India with 5+ years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, develop, and configure SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll module for a range of our customers’ projects
• Collaborate with internal lead consultants and with customers’ stakeholders to analyze and validate functional requirements
• Communicate concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Participate in user meetings to gain understanding of customers’ processes, requirements, and issues in order to offer solutions and continuous enhancements
• Take ownership of the deliverables, and work closely with the technical team to ensure the deliverables are being built to specifications

Job Requirements:

• Ability to work directly with customers and managing their requirements
• Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll configuration
• Experience working with UK, France, Germany’s Payroll
• High proficiency with Payroll Control Center
• Experience in HR Information Technologies
• Professional presentation and communication skills
• Good knowledge of HCM concepts and HR processes – an advantage
• Experience working in global companies - an advantage
• Language skills English (both written and oral). Additional languages – an advantage
