AKT is looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant to augment an existing delivery team supporting US payroll operations. The role focuses on payroll support, issue resolution, payroll processing, and participation in enhancement initiatives. This is a customer-facing position requiring strong functional payroll expertise.

 

This full-time, remote and client-facing role is open to candidates based in India, who can work US East Coast (EST) business hours.

 

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Support day-to-day SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll operations for US payroll
  • Troubleshoot and resolve payroll configuration and processing issues
  • Perform payroll validation, reconciliation, and compliance checks
  • Configure and maintain payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, and payroll settings
  • Support payroll testing, upgrades, and enhancement projects
  • Collaborate with customer stakeholders, HR, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery

 

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (EC Payroll)
  • Strong knowledge of US payroll processes, taxation, and compliance requirements
  • Experience with payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, and payroll configuration
  • Experience supporting payroll testing and production payroll cycles
  • Strong customer-facing communication skills and fluent English
  • Available to work remotely, full-time during US business hours

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English; comfortable presenting to HR, Finance and IT stakeholders at all levels including executive sponsors.
