SAP SuccessFactors Experienced LMS Consultant - Czech based

SAP SuccessFactors is a cloud-based software for Human Capital Management, supporting topics in Human Resources, such as learning management systems, payroll, talent management, analytics, workforce planning, and more.

 

This is a customer facing role, open for a full-time position and to candidates living and eligible to work in Czech Republic. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Contribute to the process design and technical activities required across the full project implementation lifecycle (according to AKT’s defined methodologies) of SAP SuccessFactors LMS module 

  • Design the technical solutions for customer projects 

  • Run process discussions and guide customers around best practices 

  • Work closely with the customer on the detailed design, testing and training sessions 

  • Prepare and own all technical documents, including process-flows workbooks and test scenarios based on the design 

  • Act as first line of contact to the customer for any technical/solution topics 

  • Responsible for functional requirements for reports and simple interfaces 

  • Liaise on design decisions to the technical teams and provide timely clarifications when needed 

  • Align and work closely with project managers, other consultants and relevant team members to ensure seamless implementation of concurrent projects 

  • Track the progress of the technical build and communicate the progress with the project manager(s) 

 

Job Requirements: 

  • Certified in SAP SuccessFactors LMS module 

  • Additional SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Time-Off, Recruiting, Onboarding 2.0, Performance and Goals Management, Compensation and Variable Pay modules) – an advantage   

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors 

  • Experience working directly with customers and managing their requirements 

  • Willing to travel to and work within customer workplaces (limited and pre-planned) 

  • Professional presentation and communication skills (both written and verbal) 

  • Language skills: English and Czech (fluent/mother tongue) – a must 

  • Other languages - an advantage
