SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant - India based

AKT is expanding its team in India and recruiting for an SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant covering Employee Central, Time Management and Time Tracking modules.

This is a client-facing role open to candidates located in Kolkata for a full-time and hybrid role.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the process design and technical activities required across the full project implementation lifecycle (according to AKT’s defined methodologies) of SAP SuccessFactors
• Design technical solutions for customer projects
• Run process discussions and guide customers around best practices
• Work closely with the customer on the detailed design, testing and training sessions
• Prepare and own all technical documents, including process-flows workbooks and test scenarios based on the design
• Act as first line of contact to the customer for any technical/solution topics
• Responsible for functional requirements for reports and simple interfaces
• Liaise on design decisions to the technical teams and provide timely clarifications when needed
• Align and work closely with project managers, other consultants and relevant team members to ensure seamless implementation of concurrent projects
• Track the progress of the technical build and communicate the progress with the project manager(s)

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience working with Time Management Solutions (preferably in SAP or SuccessFactors)
• Knowledge of time management components, policies, rules, country specific regulations, integrations with HR & payrolls systems
• Experience working in global implementations
• Certified in SAP SuccessFactors modules EC, Time Tracking – preferred
• Experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors EC & Time Tracking – preferred
• Experience working directly with customers and managing their requirements
• Professional presentation and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• High proficiency in English (verbal and written)
