SAP SuccessFactors Integrations and Analytics Functional Consultant - Israel based

AKT is expanding its team and recruiting SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultants for Integrations and Analytics.

 

SAP SuccessFactors is a cloud-based software for Human Capital Management, supporting topics in Human Resources, such as Core HR, learning management systems, talent management, analytics, workforce planning, and more. The Integrations and Analytics Functional Consultant is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of assigned workstreams within the SuccessFactors landscape. This role ensures that each assigned integration is delivered on time, and with the expected quality. The Functional Consultant acts as the bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to ensure successful planning, execution, and deployment of the solutions.  

 

This is a full time and customer facing role, open to all candidates based in Israel.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Integration Delivery Oversight 

  • Own the delivery lifecycle for the integrations, ensuring timely execution, accurate scope management, and high-quality outcomes 

  • Coordinate with developers, architects, product team, and vendors to ensure deliverables meet requirements and follow established design and quality standards 

  • Monitor milestones, and progress for assigned integrations, escalating risks and issues proactively 

 

Requirements Gathering & Analysis 

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand integration needs, data flows, and process requirements related to SuccessFactors modules 

  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and support the technical team in clarifying integration logic and data mapping 

  • Ensure requirements are validated and aligned with business processes and SuccessFactors best practices 

 

Quality Assurance & Validation 

  • Plan, prepare, and execute Integration Testing independently for assigned integrations 

  • Validate test results, track and manage defects, and ensure issues are resolved prior to UAT and deployment 

  • Ensure documentation (functional specs, test cases, test evidence etc.) is complete and accurate 

 

Stakeholder Management 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned integrations, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and issues 

  • Collaborate with business teams, IT teams, and vendors to ensure clear communication and alignment on deliverables 

  • Facilitate workshops, review sessions, and sign-off checkpoints 

 

Governance & Continuous Improvement 

  • Ensure that all integration work follows organizational governance, data security, and compliance guidelines 

 

Job Requirements:  

  • 5+ years of related work experience in software integration/analytics projects that includes writing requirements and acceptance criteria 

  • Experience in consulting services companies/multi projects environment 

  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules and HRIS integration concepts (APIs, middleware, data mapping) - an advantage 

  • Experience managing delivery timelines, and quality controls for technical or integration projects 

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into functional requirements 

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills
