SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 Lead Consultant - North America based

AKT is looking for a Lead Consultant for the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0.
SAP SuccessFactors is a cloud-based software for Human Capital Management, supporting topics in Human Resources, such as Core HR, learning management systems, talent management, analytics, workforce planning, and more.
This is a client-facing role open for freelancers for a part-time position for candidates located in North America.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 module by leading the process design and technical activities across the full project lifecycle (according to AKT’s defined methodologies) of SAP SuccessFactors
- Run process discussion and guide the customer around best practices
- Understand customer needs and develop configuration solutions accordingly
- Align and work closely with project managers, other consultants and relevant team members to ensure seamless implementation in concurrent projects
- Ensure quality of the deliverables and seek out their continuous improvement
- Based on advanced knowledge on the matter, provide technical guidance and support to other consultants
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 implementation
- Certified in SAP SuccessFactors modules
- Experience working directly with customers and managing their requirements
- Professional presentation and communication skills (both written and oral)
- Good knowledge of HCM concepts
- Experience working in global companies - an advantage
- Excellent in English – verbal and written. Other languages – an advantage
- Willing to travel to and work within customer workplaces (limited and pre-planned)
