SAP SuccessFactors Talent Lead - India based

As one of the largest SAP Cloud People Solutions consulting firms in the EMEA region, AKT is expanding its team in India and recruiting for multiple SAP SuccessFactors Experienced Consultants. This role is for a ‘Talent Lead’ position who will cover all the talent modules including Performance and Goal Management, Succession & Career Development, Compensation, Learning solutions etc. This person will work closely with our customer as a solution/functional lead or with our consultants as a technical mentor as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leads the solution design workshops and design sessions throughout the project
• Co-Leads the high-level business process design
• Responsible for preparing the functional design, workbooks
• Review the solution to ensure high quality
• Acts as first line for the Customer for any technical/solution topics
• Communicate effectively with on-site team, client, technical leads, project managers
• Provide out-of-box ideas and problem-solving, and keep up-to-date with latest SuccessFactors releases 

Job Requirements:

• Min 7 years of experiences (or 12+ implementation projects) in multiple SAP SuccessFactors talent modules (PMGM, Succession & Development, Compensation, LMS etc.)
• Current certification in one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules
• Good knowledge of HCM concepts, process related knowledges
• Experience working in global companies
• Experience working directly with customers and managing their requirements
• Professional presentation and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Currently live in and qualified to work in India
