Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Israel based

As one of the largest People Experience Management Cloud Solutions consulting firms in the EMEA region, AKT is looking for a Sales Development Representative.

This is a customer facing role, for a full-time and mostly remote position, and is open to candidates based in Israel.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Grow a solid pipeline of new projects with new prospects resulting in high conversion ratio
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospect clients
  • Contribute to lead generation activities and secure follow-up engagement steps 
  • Cultivate opportunities coming from the company’s partners (SAP, Qualtrics, etc)
  • Implement sales initiatives to generate projects and negotiate terms and conditions  
  • Support marketing campaigns execution, including emailing, digital and phoning 
  • Develop, prepare and deliver propositions, presentations, reports and SOWs
  • Respond to and manage RFI/RFP/ Tenders
  • Perform appropriate networking, such as attending/running conferences, industry events and customer meetings
  • Accounts contacts sourcing & mapping, targeting Mid to Large Enterprises HR and IT managers/directors 

  

Job Requirements: 

Rapid success in this role requires high level or advanced skills including but not limited: 

  • Sales Development and management tools: Salesforce, Microsoft collaboration platform (Teams, Office) 
  • Expertise in SAP and SuccessFactors ecosystem, with a strong understanding of the SuccessFactors product and HR practices
  • A good understanding of the HR Tech categories and major players (Software Vendors and Services) - advantage 
  • Strong functional understanding of the HR and People domain- advantage 
  • Experienced sales professional with a strong local  network 
  • Working in global companies - advantage 
  • Proficient in Hebrew and English - verbal and written
