Sales Operations Specialist - Cyprus based

AKT is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to support the execution, optimization, and measurement of sales processes and performance. This role will be responsible for supporting and optimizing sales systems and tools, streamlining operational workflows, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and driving operational excellence across planning, forecasting, pipeline management, and partner engagement activities.
This is a remote position, open to candidates based in Cyprus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards that deliver clear, real-time insights into pipeline health, sales performance, and forecast trends to support leadership decision-making.
- Strengthen data governance and forecasting rigor by enhancing CRM processes, improving data quality standards, and ensuring reliable, actionable business insights.
- Support partner engagement models with operational clarity and measurable outcomes, including oversight of deal registration processes, subscription pricing alignment, commission payments, and effective management of partnership program activities.
- Own the internal order booking process end-to-end, ensuring all booking criteria, required documentation, approvals, and compliance standards are fully met.
- Support end-to-end subscription renewal operations, ensuring timely outreach, structured renewal planning, and pricing alignment with software vendors.
- Partner with Marketing, Finance, and Partner teams to support ‘Lead to Order’ processes and alignment across go-to-market activities, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance.
- Own Salesforce Account and Contact hygiene, including deduplication, enrichment via ZoomInfo, and field standardization
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales operations, preferably in a SaaS or cloud services environment
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce - a must
- Experience working in an international setting, with a good understanding of global sales operations
