Sales Operations Specialist - Czech based

The AKT Experience Management practice, XM, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Operations Specialist to support our XM Practice in the sales of Licenses and Services. This role will involve close collaboration with our sales team, global sales operations account engagement managers, project managers, and our cloud business partner, Qualtrics. The Sales Operations Specialist will work closely with Delivery Operations and Global Sales Operations to ensure smooth and efficient sales operations.

This is a full-time role and is open to candidates living in the Czech Republic, Ostrava.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Operational Support: Assist the sales team in managing the sales pipeline, forecasting to achieve sales targets for Licenses and Services
  • Deal Support: Assist the sales and account engagement team with the development of proposals, the support to bid process (RFP)
  • Process Optimization:  Optimize the practice sales processes to ensure company sales processes are followed with efficiency
  • Salesforce Management: Maintain and oversee the use of Salesforce to manage sales operations, ensuring data accuracy and leveraging the platform for reporting and analytics
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Delivery Operations and Global Sales Operations
  • Partner Management: Liaise with Qualtrics to ensure seamless integration of their cloud services into our sales offerings and our services offerings into their cloud services
  • Reporting and Analytics: Generate and analyze sales reports to identify trends
  • Project Management: Collaborate with project managers to ensure sales operations align with project delivery timelines and objectives
  • International Coordination: Manage sales operations across AKT Market Leaders, ensuring compliance with local regulations and practices 

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales operations, preferably in a SaaS or cloud services environment
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience working in an international setting, with a good understanding of global sales operations
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages (French, German) are a plus
  • Living and qualified to work in the Czech Republic (Ostrava region)
