Sales and Marketing Operations Specialist- Israel based

AKT is looking for a Sales and Marketing Operations Specialist.
This is a full-time and mostly remote position and is open to candidates based in Israel.
Key Responsibilities:
Processes, Systems and Tools
- Serve as primary administrator and subject matter expert for Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and Pardot platforms
- Provide training and technical support to team members on CRM usage and best practices
- Design and implement workflow optimizations, custom automations, field configurations, and permission structures
- Develop actionable reports and dynamic dashboards to drive data-informed decision making
Marketing Execution
- Design and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns leveraging Salesforce and Pardot capabilities
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Deliver data-driven recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness, lead quality, and conversion rates
- Implement A/B testing methodologies to continuously refine marketing strategies
Data Management
- Maintain comprehensive ownership of Account and Contact data models, ensuring consistency across all platforms
- Establish and enforce data governance protocols to guarantee information accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Conduct regular data cleansing initiatives to eliminate duplicates and resolve inconsistencies
- Develop scalable processes for data enrichment and lead qualification
Job Requirements:
Rapid success in this role requires high level or advanced skills including but not limited:
- Proficiency in sales & marketing tools and technologies such as Salesforce, Account Engagement (Pardot), ZoomInfo, Microsoft collaboration platform (Teams, Office)
- Salesforce certified - an advantage
- Ensure compliance with sales policies, practices and procedures
- Train team members in sales processes and systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills in cross-functional and international collaboration
- Proficient in Hebrew and English - verbal and written
