Salesforce Account Engagement Campaign Specialist - India based

AKT is seeking a skilled Salesforce Account Engagement Campaign Specialist to join our Sales & Marketing operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and optimizing marketing automation campaigns using Salesforce Account Engagement (formerly Pardot). This role requires expertise in lead nurturing, campaign configuration, and marketing automation best practices to drive engagement and conversion across our customer journey.
This is a full time and hybrid position, open to candidates based in Kolkata, India.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management & Execution

Design, build, and execute marketing automation campaigns using Salesforce Account Engagement

Configure and manage drip campaigns, nurture programs, and automated workflows

Set up lead scoring models and grading systems to optimize lead qualifications

Create and manage dynamic lists and segmentation strategies
-
Implement A/B testing for email campaigns and landing pages
Technical Configuration & Operations

Configure Account Engagement features including forms, landing pages, and email templates

Set up and maintain prospect lifecycle management and lead routing rules
-
Manage data synchronization between Account Engagement and Salesforce CRM
-
Configure custom fields, automation rules, and completion actions
-
Responsibility for Account and Contact data hygiene, including Account hierarchy management and data enrichment
Performance Analysis & Optimization

Monitor campaign performance metrics including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates

Analyze prospect behavior and engagement patterns to optimize campaigns
Job Requirements:

Proven experience with Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) administration and campaign execution

Strong understanding of marketing automation principles and best practices

Experience with data synchronization and integrations between Salesforce, Account Engagement, and ZoomInfo

Experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, lead scoring and conversion optimization

Strong skills in Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows and automation setup
