Talent Acquisition Specialist - Cyprus based

AKT is expanding its team and is looking for a Talent Acquisition professional to support our hiring efforts. This is a hands-on role which requires organizational skills and the ability to operate independently and effectively. This position will play a key part in identifying and attracting top talent to help drive AKT's growth and success.
This role is remote and is open to candidates based in Cyprus a part-time position.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from intake meetings and job postings, sourcing, CV screenings, HR interviews, until the offer stage
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers and conduct detailed intake meetings to understand and define role requirements, and to set clear expectations
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication, feedback, and professional handling of inquiries
- Sourcing: Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, job boards, etc.) to build and maintain robust pipelines of qualified candidates
- ATS Management (SuccessFactors): Ensure data integrity, tracking pipeline metrics, generating reports, and fully utilizing its capabilities for screening, scheduling, and communication
- Process Improvement: Proactively identify and propose improvements to the existing recruitment process and tools, to enhance efficiency and quality
Job Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience of full-cycle Talent Acquisition in global organizations
- Experience in Talent Acquisition processes in consulting / professional services companies – an advantage
- Demonstrated experience in talent sourcing and creative candidate attraction strategies
- A relevant degree in Human Resources or equivalent – an advantage
- High level of English (written and verbal) – a must
- Other languages - an advantage
