Validation Engineer (System Level Testing & Data Analysis) for one of our Clients

One of our clients, RealSense, an Israeli spin-off of Intel’s pioneering depth-sensing division, helps shape the future of computer vision and AI, by developing advanced 3D imaging technologies that power robotics, biometrics, and spatial computing around the world.

We’re looking for a curious, analytical, and hands-on Validation Engineer to join our fast-paced, multidisciplinary team. This is not your typical QA or automation role — it’s for someone who enjoys investigating how complex systems behave, diving into raw data, and turning patterns into actionable insights. You’ll work at the intersection of software and hardware, designing and executing automated tests, analyzing large volumes of data, and delivering clear, data-driven reports. You’ll take full ownership of the validation process, collaborating with developers, architects, and hardware engineers to ensure the functionality, stability, and reliability of our 3D Cameras.

This is a full-time and onsite role in our Haifa office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Validate complex hardware/software systems
• Develop, run, and maintain automated tests
• Analyze raw test data and extract key insights
• Apply statistical thinking to evaluate system behavior
• Produce clear reports and take full ownership of your conclusions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system impact
• Continuously learn new technologies and adapt to new domains

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in validation of multidisciplinary systems/products, or in coding & system investigation roles (experience in unrelated domains is less relevant)
• Strong object-oriented programming (OOP) skills — Python is a must
• Proven experience in environments combining hardware and software
• Hands-on expertise in data analysis, debugging, and problem reproduction
• Strong skills in writing reports and clearly summarizing findings
• Natural curiosity and motivation to learn new technologies and domains
